I am a Christian, a husband and a father.
I have spent the past twenty years involved in the music ministry at my local church & Christian school. I’ve taught vocal & instrumental music, led church choirs and helped organize music departments in churches of various sizes. I’m passionate about excellence in music & heartfelt worship, and I enjoy helping others on their musical journey.
I’ve worked in seven industries, and I have started three businesses. I’ve been in both small startups & huge corporations. I have led million dollar projects, managed teams of 40+ people and driven change in every organization. I am passionate about using technology to solve problems, strong culture of ethics and innovation, and keeping the entrepreneurial spirit alive.
Having overcome a lot of adversity as a child, I have a huge heart for young people. I volunteer a lot of my time to work with youth in various ways. I spent five years as a private school administrator. During that time, some of my greatest experiences were around developing a mentorship program for young men. Through those programs, I was able to see young men gain vision, courage and determination. Undoubtedly, our Boot Camp program changed the direction of several of the participants’ lives.
My overarching goal in life it to make a difference. Cliche, I know, but it absolutely drives me daily. I want to help someone be better, be closer to the Lord, be what they’re meant to be.
